Abstract
Son yıllarda hemen hemen her iş yerinde sıklıkla karşımıza çıkan en yaygın sorunlardan biri olan mobbing, üst, ast veya paralel düzeydeki diğer çalışanlar tarafından karşılaşılan ve çalışanları olumsuz yönde etkileyen popüler bir kavramdır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, 2019 yılı yapımı olan “Bombshell” filminde geçen mobbing eylemlerini nitel içerik analizi yöntemi ile analiz etmektir. Filmde Fox News'in kurucusu ve CEO'su olan Roger Ailes'in iş yerindeki kadınlara yönelik gerçekleştirdiği taciz skandalının ortaya çıkması ile yaşanan durum ve sergilenen davranışlar nitel içerik analizi yöntemi ile incelenmiş ve mobbing kavramı bu film perspektifinden değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmada analiz edilen Bombshell filmi neticesinde, filmin içerisinde geçen 32 sahnenin cinsel ve psikolojik taciz kapsamına girdiği tespit edilmiş, bunlar Aşağılama/Hakaret, Tehdit ve Cinsel Taciz olarak kategorilendirilmiştir. Filmde tespit edilen konu ile ilgili 32 kesitin 8’inin Aşağılanma/Hakaret, 12’sinin Tehdit ve yine 12’sinin de Cinsel Taciz kategorisine dahil edilebileceği görülmüştür. Aynı zamanda filmde en az 20 kadının bu Fox News’te hem cinsel hem de psikolojik tacize maruz bırakıldığı ve yaşadıkları bu tacizlerin dışlanmışlık, tükenmişlik ve yalnızlık duygusunun, sosyal medya ağlarından olan Twitter üzerinden #MeToo hareketini yeniden başlattığı görülmüş ve araştırma sonucunca iş yerinde mobbinge uğrayan kadınların sosyal yaşamlarından oldukça koptuğu bulgulanmıştır.

Abstract
Mobbing, which is one of the most common problems that we encounter frequently in almost every workplace in recent years, is a popular concept encountered by other employees at superior, subordinate or parallel levels and negatively affecting employees. The aim of this study is to analyze the mobbing actions in the 2019 movie "Bombshell" with the qualitative content analysis method. In the movie, the situation and the behaviors exhibited with the emergence of the harassment scandal against women at work by Roger Ailes, the founder and CEO of Fox News, were examined with the qualitative content analysis method and the concept of mobbing was evaluated from the perspective of this movie. As a result of the Bombshell movie analyzed in the research, it was determined that 32 scenes in the movie were within the scope of sexual and psychological harassment, and these were categorized as Humiliation/Insult, Threat and Sexual Harassment. It has been seen that 8 of the 32 sections related to the subject identified in the film can be included in the category of Humiliation/Insult, 12 of them Threat and 12 of them in the category of Sexual Harassment. At the same time, it was seen in the film that at least 20 women were subjected to both sexual and psychological harassment on this Fox News, and the feeling of exclusion, burnout and loneliness from these harassments re-started the #MeToo movement on Twitter, one of the social media networks, and as a result of the research, it was seen that mobbing at work It has been found that women are quite disconnected from their social lives.
